So your box arrives when you need it.

Four questions. They decide when we ship and what goes in. You can change any of it later.

When did your last period start?

A rough date is fine. We use it to work out when the next one is likely, so the box arrives before it rather than after.

How long is your cycle, usually?

Counted from the first day of one period to the first day of the next. If you are not sure, leave it at 28 — we will adjust as we learn.

Pads, tampons, or both?

You can change this whenever you like, and it only affects what goes in the box — not when it arrives.

Which kind of tampon?

People tend to have a firm preference here and it is rarely worth changing. Ours are plastic-free, so applicators are cardboard.
