When did your last period start?

A rough date is fine. We use it to work out when the next one is likely, so the box arrives before it rather than after.

Counted from the first day of one period to the first day of the next. If you are not sure, leave it at 28.

Pads, or pads with tampons?

Tampons come in their maker's sealed tube of 14, and pads make up the rest of your box. This only affects what goes in the box, not when it arrives. The price is the same whichever you choose.

Which tampons?

Use the lowest absorbency that works for your flow. Every tampon comes with a cardboard applicator. We do not offer applicator-free tampons at the moment, so if that is what you use, pads may suit you better for now.
